Benny Cyr
President
Benny has over 30 years experience in the industry, starting in the field with the construction of the first wireless network build-out projects in Ontario. He has worked in all capacities in the industry from the early days as labourer, to project manager/estimator, to owner. His experience is unparalleled in the industry. Benny's "aim to please" philosophy has served BenTel well, endearing the company to clients, landlords, and all parties associated with installation projects. |

Todd Cyr
VP-Sales & Operations
Todd has over 17 years experience in the industry. He started from the ground up, literally, working his summers on site civils, advancing to a tower rigger on projects for Nextel in the U.S. and Telus & Bell sites in Ontario. The last 8 years Todd has broadened his experience to also encompass Construction & Project Management. Todd's responsibilities include overseeing BenTel's operations including project management, estimation and field operations. |

Lesley-Ann Young
VP-Business Services/General Manager
Lesley has over 10 years experience in the industry. Lesley joined BenTel in 2004 after starting in Wireless Telecom as a
Drive Tester, and advancing to an SAP Analyst for Telus Mobility. Lesley manages the office administration. |

The Crew & Safety
BenTel's crews have worked on many tower projects and are fully trained in Climber Safety and Rescue. They have travelled in the U.S. and Canada, climbing and building steel towers to heights of 1500 feet. Our crews are detail-oriented and have hands-on knowledge of tools and procedures commonly used in erection and maintenance. Crew members work on all steel tower/monopole erection, modifications, and antenna installations.
